He'd probably still be the most talented fighter in that division then. I would say the big question would be the ability to take a shot from a HW if he ever gets caught with one. [Reply]
Overeem is not just your normal beast, he stands right the fuck in front of his opponents begging them to hit him, he is the k1 champ and had a fucking legendary run last year in k1. and had a pretty good 09, lost to my favorite k1 fighter ever Remy Bonjasky. The only downfall with reem, i havent seen it lately, but he likes to turtle if he gets hurt, hes taken a lot of damage at points in k1 but never turtled, so maybe thats over, but hes really a complete fighter right now, and its really hard to see anybody beat him.

thats still really up for question, Machida hit him, but they werent really clean shots. I think he'd be alright [Reply]
That main event was weird. I dunno if Brock got the wind knocked out of him or if he was hurt from the surgery. Either way it just seemed that he already made the decision to retire before the fight even started. Not to take anything away from Overeem, it just seems that Lesnar hasn't been the same since the Carwin fight. He doesn't need the money. I've always rooted for the guy because I was a fan of his in WWE and he's a freak of an athlete. Dana White has to be disappointed that his cash cow just went out the window. [Reply]

One cash cow leaves, another enters. Brock wasnt hurt from the surgury, said he was 100%, he just simply got outclassed and destroyed by a far better fighter. [Reply]
Thanks for that vid. Tonight was the second time I've got to see Overeem fight. The other was in the StrikeForce tourney. Never got to see him fight in K-1. He's got some wicked muay thai clinch. Knees are devastating. [Reply]

The only thing weird about it is that some people think that Brock stood a chance against some of the best trained fighters in the world. Surgeries and knocked-out wind had nothing to do with it, he took a couple knees to the mid section and a K-1 kick to the liver. [Reply]
