Just how the cycle works.
There’s a three year cycle with scheduling. For example:
2018: Played the AFC North, and then the AFC East team on the road and AFC South team at home that finished in the same divisional slot the previous year.
In 2019, we play the AFC South, and then the AFC East team on the road and the AFC North opponent at home that finished in first place this past season.
By in 2020 we will play NE at Arrowhead, and then play the AFC East opponent at Arrowhead for 2021 and 2022. [Reply]
