Trubisky would probably be either #2 or #3 of that bunch for me. Depends on the rest of this pre-draft process. He might be #1 once that's all said and done.
Trubisky looks like a better version of Mayfield. He’s bigger, taller, looks more mobile/athletic and as much as my fellow Chiefs fans might disagree, his accuracy is just as good as Mahomes. [Reply]

Nagy will help Trubisky as well...
For my money, I'd buy stock in Mahomes' and Trubisky's future over Watson. [Reply]
The whole thing with young QBs isn’t as much that they’re Andrew luck prospects or whatever but that they go into good situations that they’re mentored with and have good support systems.
A guy like josh Allen has some tools but with lacking accuracy that’s a tough sell. But if he can get paired with a good head coach and organization that puts him in a good spot, he could workout.
That would be my issue with Elway if I were a bronco fan. Do we currently have a good enough staff that can teach and develop a young qb? [Reply]
Shaheen, Cohen and Howard is a great young trio to work with. Nagy probably saw that as his chance to run the same scheme he did with our trio. Very similar type of players. [Reply]

I completely agree, it's not always about the QB you draft as much as it is about who drafts the QB. That's why Mahomes was my #1 guy last year. Highest ceiling, I thought we could provide him the proper setting and development to perhaps reach that ceiling.
I don't think Watson will be bad by any means. But I questioned his frame and knee injury susceptibility coming into the draft, and since then he's torn another ACL. His stats were padded heavily by heaving up garbage time prayers, whether it be from ahead or behind. I do like Bill O'Brien but the supporting cast there is below average outside of Hopkins and Fuller (who also struggles to stay healthy).
If I'm buying long term stock, he's my third guy of the bunch. [Reply]
