He told the media basically that Veach fucked up cutting Lammons cause he was in the game plan. Basically complaining to the media about it..while having a god awful year. [Reply]

They could pay the victim off. That's how these things usually go away. [Reply]

Yeah, you know he can afford the best of the best. Probably get some community service or some shit.
But yeah, he's still going to be out quite a while between the exempt list and a suspension. [Reply]

Yeah, lot of options. The law is a weird universe. Thank God my brother is a really good attorney and senior partner at a big firm. All my legal stuff is free. If I was the victim, and I had a video/audio tape of Kamara and his buddies admitting guilt, well, they'd be fucked. I'd probably tell my brother something like, "they're going to prison, period. Make it so." And then he'd put his office to work on it, and I'd just wait for the sentencing. [Reply]
Yeah. That is the one thing that could fuck Kamara. Like, it's blatantly obvious he did it and knew it wasn't self defense based on the Limo video. [Reply]
Yeah, just watched the video. That's felony assault, I think. Or, to be more precise, I know my brother could bring that charge, probably another having to do with attempted homicide or whatever, considering that you have a group of several men, one or more pro athletes that could easily do serious/lethal harm, stomping/kicking/punching a single man that was obviously ambushed?

They'd go to Hell for a long time.
It all depends on how the prosecutor sees it. Even if the victims brother is a lawyer the prosecutor is only going to take it as far as he thinks he can win with it. They'll plead to do community service and make some type of restitution. [Reply]

in this case the prosecutor has tape. And a verbal confession. [Reply]
