Exactly my point.
Total MEH pick but thankfully at the correct position. Hopefully we somehow find a steal in the second.
Holy fuck, shut up you whiney bitch. I can't wait for someone to pull up you're stupid ass posts in this thread in a couple of years to show how much of a dipshit you were and you'll be like well the draft is never a sure thing and I'm glad I was wrong. [Reply]
Kollman and Snyder that run Bootleg Football praised the pick. Snyder in particular is a big fan of this kid and said he fits the defense like a glove. [Reply]
Veach mentioned several times this kid just turned 21, had a lot or production in the Big 12 at 19 and 20 years old. There's a huge opportunity for him to grow as a player just based on him gaining his man strength. [Reply]
Veach is a wizard. I never placed much thought into factoring the age of a player at the time they were producing in college.
My only question is whether they were trying to trade up for him or someone else.
I still really like Adebawore but he doesn't have the band and moves this kid has. Freak athlete though. Someone is going to get a really good player, won't be us. [Reply]

Im good with FAU and he was realistically one of the picks we expected, its just thinking for a little bit that Murphy, Nolan Smith, Mazi Smith, Anton Harrison, Bresee were all there. Hell at pick 19 it looked like a different draft for us, it was falling perfectly.
Hearing Veach say that they had 16-18 first rounders and FAU was one of them, makes me feel much better. They really liked him and thats great to hear.
Not everyone is going to be willing to trade up. The Bengals probably didn’t want to trade their pick with us. [Reply]
This pick just points out what I said last week about all the mock draft ridiculousness. Tens of thousands of hours spent on that shit, and did anyone get this one correct? I've been listening to the self-proclaimed experts for weeks and never heard this kid's name once. [Reply]

Some people definitely mocked him to the Chiefs. This isn’t some shock pick. [Reply]
