Elway did manage to pick up Ron Leary last year and he was very good for us. Just sign 1 more FA like that and hit on a decent RG/RT in the draft, and our OL will be in good shape.

I would be pissed if the Chiefs had the 5th pick in this draft and took a guard. But if ElFraud does it, I will laugh and ridicule the Donks mercilessly. Especially when someone they passed on turns out to be a stud that would have made an impact. Taking a guard at 5 is just dumb.

Leary's lack of playing time had little to do with injury and mostly to do with being behind La'el Collins on the depth chart. Many people believe that Leary deserved to start over Collins too...

And I think Leary was shut down because the season was over. Had Denver been in it, he would've played. The Broncos might've been trying to lower his snap count so they could assure themselves a 3rd round comp pick as well.

If the Broncos were smart, they’d take Braden Smith in rd 2. Good values at G are always there in round 2, especially early rd 2. We see it all the time.

If they take a tackle with the 5th pick he is going to want to play LT. Bolles has earned the gig at LT. RT's don't go as high as prospected LT's do.

If it were me I would take the best defender on the board at 5, pass rusher or CB, then get a RT in the 2nd and then BPA the rest of the way.

Both Elway and duh vance love McGovern, I like him better than Garcia, I don't see them drafting a guard like the mock drafts say.

Bolles, Leary, Paradis, McGovern, Draft pick will be an upgraded line.

Depth wise they signed some 6'8" dude to a futures deal and they had the guy off the street who started the 5th PS game vs kFc who can be backups cheaper than Watson and Stephenson.

To buy a FA QB they will need to cut Watson and kFc trash, that saves like $8 mill right there.
