Actually it doesn't. My gut feeling is still that Mahomes will fail, just given the history of Big XII QBs, the offensive system he played in, and his style of play.

McNabb started six games in his rookie year and all 16 in his 2nd.
McNabb went 11-5 and won a playoff game in his second season. He threw for over 3000 yards and ran for over 600 with 27 total TDs. There is no universe where that's a failure. [Reply]
