Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

I think that McDowell and Phil are the only two players in the field w/o a bogey today...
But Phil pissed away a shot on both 4 and 6. [Reply]

I was thinking Phil dropped a shot, but either way, the way these guys are playing, McDowell just needs to stay solid, cause these guys don't look like they have a run in them.
Then, of course, as soon as I started typing, McDowell makes a terrible shot. [Reply]
McDowell is gonna have a tough up and down on 8, but it looks like it's on the up slope.
Every year, I always know someone is gonna crash and burn when they jump out to a lead, then they play a solid Saturday round, and I start to reconsider. But this happens every time.

Because they burn the courses out for the US Open to make them super hard (which makes it near impossible to fly shots and stop them near the pin), and super fast (which makes the putting very difficult) [Reply]
