Come on down Talib! It's the only chance you have to get another win in Arrowhead, after all.

Talib is from Cleveland so I don't think he'd have a problem going there. Denver can add Talib in any trade involving the #1 pick.

The Browns aren't trading for an old, expensive CB that can fall off any day now :-)

If he's franchise tagged again, you'd have to pay an unprecedented amount in draft capital for him, plus give him an unprecedented amount of guaranteed $ to ensure he stays...
John knows how to mange cap space. He went out and got PM and still had money to add expensive guys like Ware and Talib. You guys don't understand who a great GM works because you haven't had one in your lifetimes.

All I heard from kFc fans over at the Mange during the Dorsey years was how he was so great at drafting. The guy has been gone only a few months and already the D he built has atrophied into nothingness. Dorsey never understood how to build a contract and how to manage your cap. John has proved he could do it before and I trust he will do it again.

If not the Browns, somebody else would want him. He has two years and $19M left on his contract and I bet he'd get more than that on the open market.

Sure somebody will sign him, but he doesn't have any real trade value unless the Broncos are willing to wait it out for maybe a major TC injury.

Over two years? Sure he would.

Revis is a year older than Talib and if the Chiefs keep him they'll owe him $10M.

2 years $19M is nothing for a Pro Bowl corner, especially since it has zero guaranteed money left on it. Talib has a very tradeable contract.

Revis’ cap hit would be $4.5 million if he’s with the Chiefs next year. That’s cheap.

..

EDIT: nevermind...

Revis will earn a weekly roster bonus of $550,000 for each game that he is on the 53-man roster, injured reserve or physically unable to perform list. If Revis plays with the Chiefs for all of next season, he would collect $8.8 million from those bonuses.
