Are the Wolves a better team at this very moment if they keep Jarred Vanderbilt, Walker Kessler, and their 2023 1st round pick? Yes, I know there are way more assets they gave up, but I'm talking about right now at this very moment. When they went up against the defending champs. That's what they've sacrificed so far.
It's tough to say, but that three-headed monster of bigs right now I think is what won it for us. [Reply]

Right or wrong, I still hate the trade, but it may work out just fine. [Reply]

They’re the WCF favorite and in with a decent shot against a Boston career choker team in the Finals if they both get there healthy. I’d trade those guys for a realistic shot at a title as this is, yeah. [Reply]

Porter, Gordon and KCP no showed and Jokic was slightly less efficient than usual (likely due to being gassed and playing 47 minutes). Have to credit TWolves defense. [Reply]
This TWolves team stylistically reminds me a bit of the 2019 Raptors. The defensive bigs, the length from their wings, the veteran point guard and the primary star scorer. They’re also maybe the most physical defensive team we’ve seen since then get to this stage of the playoffs since them too. [Reply]
I wonder what the bigs rotation looks like against Dallas. Because Naz can easily match up with any of those guys. They're not gonna bully Minnesota like they did skinny chet. This seems like the ideal matchup for Minnesota. [Reply]
Even though I'm a fan of a sports team who just clinched a dynasty, I'm still very much in, "I'm just happy to be here" mode right now.
Not even thinking about finals. We've surpassed peoples' expectations on the season for the first time, maybe in franchise history. I think a lot of people expected that 2004 team to at least make it to the WCF.
This feels great. Like when the Royals erased that lead against Oakland in 2014 and then swept the Angels and the Orioles. [Reply]
