Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Mahomes is now in the top 10 (number 9) for TD passes in Chiefs history. He just passed the Amazing Steve Bono who took 37 games to throw 37 TD's.
Mahomes is currently in 7th place on the All-Time. Chiefs Season Passing Yards Leaders- He is approaching Trent Green's record and needs only 668 yards in 4 games to be #1
Fastest player to 4000 Yards- NFL Record 13 Games
Fastest player to 40 TD Passes- NFL Record 13 Games [Reply]

Like, the whole joke with the original Andrew Luck meme (and the twitter account that ran with it) is that Andrew Luck kinda looks like a Civil War general due to his facial hair.
Patrick Mahomes looks like... a 23 year old kid from the year 2018.

So what's the joke?
And the Andrew Luck thing was a knock off from someone doing it over Aaron Rodgers, although the guy really really really wants you to believe it was an original idea. [Reply]

Facebook and or twitter. I saw them reposted on Facebook several seasons ago. Rogers---> Luck--> Mahomes--> I'd bet a number of guys have someone doing it for them [Reply]

Yeah I can't find that anywhere. As far as I know, Rodger Sherman did the original Andrew Luck Civil War photoshop, SB Nation did a series of Andrew Luck war letters, and some other guy made a twitter account that ripped off/ran with the concept.
In any case, the Mahomes account is a knockoff of a knockoff and isn't nearly as funny or successful as the original(s). [Reply]

Literally can't find a trace of evidence of an Aaron Rodgers civil war thing. Did find this though:
(Also, if the Luck thing is in fact a copy of a Rodgers thing, it's actually an improvement on the original because, once again, Andrew Luck actually kind of looks like a Civil War general, and so therefore there is an actual Joke) [Reply]

My bad, I swore I remembered a Rodgers account. Guess Luck was the original [Reply]
