Doesn't matter since the person at the top at the top making decisions makes horrible ones.

Edit: And the skins haven't exactly been setting the world on fire when it comes to drafting talent.

A lot of people believe he was the key guy who built up the Seahawks and Harbaugh's 49ers.

The Broncos probably have the best pro personnel department in football, adding a guy like McCloughan to the college side would be a great get.

:-) Since when do the best pro personnel departments in the league field one of the worst offenses in the NFL??

They've whiffed at RT the past two years but other than that they've been excellent in FA. Not only do they get good players, but they get good players at great prices.

Just look at what the Chiefs gave Bennie Logan and what Denver gave Peko. And Denver makes a deal like that almost every year.

They were shopping in the bargain bin. Charles and Stephenson were cheap options with high upside.

The Chiefs pro personnel department traded for Reggie Ragland and Buttkicker. Two of the best at their positions who are on rookie contracts.

Not really a comparison.

Lol. Yet you mock the Chiefs when they do that. Trading for Ragland and Erving would be moves that you mocked. Yet Ragland is performing quite well for us. Erving hasn't been great, but he isn't much different than Donald Stephenson. And really, was Charles anything more than a waste of a roster spot this year? I'm not seeing how an over the hill, broke down Charles has a lot of upside. The Chiefs knew he was done and moved on. Your brilliant pro personnel department wasted a roster spot on him.

You also had the benefit of having 7 head and all the calls going your way as a result of that. Players gravitated to easy wins and stats. This is no longer the case and your team is trash, playing within the same rules as 80% of the rest of the NFL, with little in the way of upcoming stars. You see anyone taking team friendly deals to play with the Browns? Thats where your trash excuse for a team is right now. Good luck signing any good players at decent prices now that you're down below the the Raiders, eating their asses.

Veach couldn't get a GM job anywhere else but KC. He's Reid's yes man. You would've been better off with Dorsey or Ballard.

Is the Washington media serious with #Kirkamania? That's pretty weak.

You make it sound like he was desperate and being turned down. He was a young guy, 3rd in the organization. How many young guys 3rd in the personnel department get GM jobs in other oganizations immediately as a GM? It's always so easy to tell whether you are jealous of something or whether you actually think it's a poor move or player.
