His plan is to draft another 6'7" QB in the 1st that he could get in the 6th.
He takes those guys in the 2nd or 1st rounds. It is the small weaker armed guys that he takes in the 6th and 7th to develop.
As much as Trevor over produced as a 7th round pick winning the job in just his 2nd year Lynch has busted out even more as a 1st round pick. Trevor will make a great backup, with the right QB coach he could still be a nice QB, especially behind a better OL. [Reply]
