I'm proud of them for not getting rolled, and really proud of how they were every bit as strong at the point of attack. Pass rush was mostly absent after the first half, and Cook doesn't make good decisions under pressure. That was the difference. [Reply]

They were down 6 with the ball late in the 4th. :-) [Reply]
Missed opportunity for Mizzou today. Georgia obviously the better more talented team, but that was a winnable game for Mizzou if you take away the dumb mistakes.
But they went into Athens and went toe to toe with Georgia for almost the entire game. If this doesn’t validate their season and that they’re a pretty damn good team, I don’t know what will.
Just need to bounce back against TN next week at home and then take care of business by winning out. A 10 win season and a NY6 Bowl is still very much within reach if they win out. [Reply]

They're not getting into the top 4 without beating UGA, even if they beat LSU. And if they beat UGA, they're in the drivers seat for the SEC title game even AFTER losing to LSU.
The only way it would matter is if they beat UGA and then lose to Tennessee or something (definitely a possibility). And yeah, that would suck royal ass.
But I'll worry about all that in the extremely unlikely event that we beat Georgia.
Narrator: "The game did in fact matter as they never were beating Georgia" [Reply]

Nah, pissing their pants at home against the other Tigers sealed that. We knew they were losing to Georgia, but damn a 1 loss season against this schedule? What this program needed. [Reply]
