Because obviously the Chiefs didn't get the memo. They're using him in clutch situations and he's coming up big.
I made the same post a few pages back...and got no reply. I guess a GIF is easier for his pea brain to process than a video.

Maybe you could find a GIF of the "gadget play" where Von Miller was left unblocked and Hill ran right by him for a TD. :-)

Perhaps Hill's most underrated trait is how he tracks the deep ball. He has similar abilities as OBJ to simply read the flight of the ball and time his jump to perfection, even if he is smaller than some. That combined with the fact he is the fastest player in the nfl, and makes cbs more concerned about trying to recover at the top of the route than turning their head - allows him uncanny ability to get to both overthrown and underthrown balls.

Player A: 19 receptions for 287 yards and 2 touchdowns. 378 snaps played
