Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

But yeah, trying to tear down Mahomes is hilarious when their QB leads the league in picks while Mahomes leads the league in touchdowns and intended air yards.
Mahomes benefits GREATLY from Andy Reid and elite weapons everywhere. Sam Darnold has nothing. Nobody. Nada. I can’t name a single receiver on that team.
And his coaching staff doesn’t know dick about offense at all.
Situation is everything. Mahomes isn’t this good if he isn’t here.
Look at GB. Rodgers is great but his coach is a boring, dumb asshole and management can’t draft a single good RB in a league where seemingly everybody has one. [Reply]

And Rodgers isn’t as good in Buffalo either...same goes for Brady
And if we want to do a head to head comparison for Mahomes-Darnold, disregarding stats and roster, these traits simply make Mahomes a better QB
Arm, decision making, confidence, leadership, instincts, field vision.
I saw it before the draft and still see it on Sundays [Reply]
Situation IS everything, but good QB should be good QB regardless. Mahomes wouldn't be lighting it up like he is in KC elsewhere, but oh sweet God he would get there, yes he most definitely would. [Reply]

You can also add in the fact that Mahomes makes everyone around him better. I'm seeing these Darnold and Mahomes comparisons based on surrounding talent around him, but does anybody think back to when he was playing with last year's second and third stringers during preseason, as well as the last game of the season, who Mahomes makes look like all stars... Wilson should thank Mahomes everyday for his contract that he received and his so-called breakout game vs Denver. [Reply]
The funny thing was a few posts into the thread a guy said something like "What kind of name is Mahomes anyway. I can see them saying Mah Homo" or something like that.
Ya it does seem like Clay and he just ran with it, now they won't even speak to him. :-)
