Perez my favorite also closed shop a few months ago. I guess its back frying in a pan of oil. Old School.

I read that Gladstone Foods was sold maybe they come back but usually worse.

Made beef stew yesterday because it's winter. Will try to remember to post a pic when i get a chance. Came out delicious.


Also, liked the new recipe for carne asada so much (stuff was like meat candy) i bought a 3-lb. flank steak on clearance. Will let everyone know how it turns out sometime this weekend.
