Alex would be the greatest QB to play for them since 1999... that's how terrible they've been with QBs and with football overall.
The damn franchise has only surpassed 8 wins in 3 seasons since 1990. Just think about that, it's a tremendous amount of suck that nobody can truly comprehend. Those fans are institutionalized at this point and don't know any better.
I mean, they haven't even been 8-8 one time in 27 years... 22 times with less than 7 wins. Granted, there's a 3 year strech where there was no team, but they were pissed and wanted them back. [Reply]

Probably just moved them out of the Darnold/Rosen sweepstakes.
There are plenty of options available.
They could sign a vet and draft OL, they could draft OL and then trade up for Mayfield or Josh "Better version of Mahomes" Allen, or take a flyer on Lamar Jackson in the 2nd or 3rd round.
I'd much rather be looking for a QB this year than last year. [Reply]

KnowMo would be jerking it too all of the hype hourly. Just look at how excited he gets over trash like Lynch, Semen, Brock, and that turd that lit it up in the preseason. [Reply]
You guys really need to draft a RT. You should probably do that in the 1st. Or I guess you could draft an actual fucking LT and move Mongo to the right side. Either way....you're fucked. [Reply]
Instant reactions on twitter to ongoing games are never well thought out. How many times have you seen twitter posts about Tom Brady being done the past few years? [Reply]

Only every time the Chiefs kick their ass. [Reply]

Elway won't draft Mayfield because he's only 5'10"
They should fix the OL... get a QB later, Lamar Jackson won't get our of Round 1, but I don't think I take a top QB with their first pick. I don't like Mayfield at the next level, the other 2 are far from locks as well.

Fix the line.
This is the KC franchise model circa 1984-2016. Around here we know this works wonders. [Reply]

Yeah, if I was the Broncos (and I'm happy I'm not), I'd draft a quarterback with the first seven picks of their draft, just like I proposed for the Chiefs for the past ten years. Have a roster of nothing but quarterbacks in training camp, and be prepared to go 0-16 until you find one. In the long term, I think it's the winning strategy. [Reply]
