Sauce is pretty straight forward
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 onion
1 can green chiles
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
little salt, pepper, garlic powder
Saute onions in butter, then cook off your flour for a minute or two in there. Add your broth and bring to a light boil, then the spg and chiles, then take off heat and let sit for 5 mins. Stir in sour cream and then pour over the enchiladas. Top with a lot of cheese and bake at 350 for 25 mins, then broil if you so choose. [Reply]

Chicken, jumbo shrimp, roast pork, snow peas, broccoli, water chestnut, Chinese cabbage, and carrot all wok'd up in a savory brown sauce... mmm, can't wait [Reply]
I bought a 10 pack of thin boneless pork chops that were discounted down to $7.49 and 3 extra thick 10oz top sirloin vacuum packed on sale at $7.49 each.
I cut the 3 sirloins lengthwise 3 times so I wound up with 9 thin cuts. I also bought a family size Premium Select Mac and cheese with prosciutto, mushroom, peas and Parmesan cheese.
Add in a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and I was all set.
Everything came out perfect. I always tent the meat in a plastic, airtight container. Works great.
