“Mahomes is pure garbage. Hitting the ocean from a rowboat is not impressive. Hitting Hunt on a screen pass and watching Hunt take it 50 yards is not impressive. Even Mitch can do that. Most people on this forum could do that.
When does Mahomes ever complete a pass where the nearest defender is within 10 yards of the receiver? 2, maybe 3 times per game?
Football is an absolute joke now, and Andy Reid and the Chiefs' weapons are underscoring just how laughable it is.
When you watch Mahomes rather than actually watching box scores, you can see how objectively not impressive he is. He's Jeff Garcia with a stronger arm. Lousy mechanics, not very accurate, a bunch of jump passes to wide open guys...but that's all he has to do to put up huge numbers now.” [Reply]
