Ate at Carversteak in Las Vegas Friday night with a 3 executives of my client's team and had the greatest Kansas City cut steak of my life.

Followed that up Saturday night as a guest of a family of 4 at Ortikia at Green Valley Resort in Henderson. Place blew me away. We ate family style and my hosts's daughter ordered damn near everything and we all shared. Great weekend.
