Started saving left over Consume from Birria Earlier in the year. Freeze it, start with it in the pot, add more broth and seasoning, cook, eat, Freeze. This is the 3rd use, have a seared chuck roast in the bath. Will have pics later

Made a giant sandwich on a 22" ciabatta baguette.
Boars Head london broil 1.5 pounds, 3/4 pound of imported swiss, romaine leaf lettuce, mayo, horseradish, Dijon, salt and pepper.
Had a Boars Head dill pickle and some deli rotini pasta salad.
A few glasses of Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc.
That will be it for the day.
