Little bit overdone, but pretty tasty and very tender and moist.

Southwest life

Fermented some Hatch chiles for 3 months with jalapenos for a hot sauce

Then ussed the leftover Hatch chile pulp in a green enchilada sauce with leftover pulled pork and ranchero beans

Wife took that sourdough bread over to a neighbor and he sent her home with a fig tree

Lewdog, how do I keep this tree alive :-)

Shoot I can work some practical magic, but I cant compete with some of you guys when it comes to smoking meats & sides... smoking is an art form that isn't really in my repertoire

Haven’t made much in a while.

But the lemongrass steak Bahn Mi I ordered recently was phenomenal.

Thursday night and Friday day leftovers from Little Miss BBQ. One of the top BBQ places in the US.

Fantastic brisket 1.35 lbs, 2 sausage links, 8 pork ribs, 1/2 pound pastrami, 3/4 pound of pulled pork. Pint of cole slaw, 4 pieces of white bread, pickles and onions and two sauces, original and spicy mustard.

Then today I had 1/2 Sicilian pizza with a glass of chianti from NYPD pizza for lunch/dinner.

Belly be happy.......

It is. He's probably got about 20 of them that he's propagated. Said he's experimenting with growing fig trees from Portugal as well

Teach me how to not kill it please

Breakfast of champions, lol

Poor man's turkey sausage (just ground turkey with leftover poultry and italian seasoning), hashies and fried eggs.

I've got some Italian beef in the crockpot, and a brand new jar of hot giardiniera... fries on the side

It absolutely is, an Italian beef sammich is hardly worth eating without it
