I had a dream last week about inventing the Korean gogi jeon burger. If I actually make one (or three) in the next couple weeks, I'll post pics, and a rough recipe. Pretty sure it'll be earth-moving. [Reply]
I was going to grill but it was hot as the hubs of hell so I Noped right out of that.
Did some chicken thighs in the oven. Roasted potatoes sweet corn and strawberries. Would have been better over fire, but pretty good nonetheless. [Reply]

Man this is where I think the Blackstone makes it easy. Cook the meat/veg, combine, lay the provolone over top to melt. Take the rolls and tent them over the top of that mess and use your long spatula to flip and smear it all together in the roll
Now the cheese sauce, thats my wifes world. She handles indoors, I'm on outdoor duty
Ah, makes sense. The wife and I just reviewed you post and we're making plans for giving it a go. She too battles onions, so the giardiniera will be a fun thing to try. Thank you... That and I core-out the bread (the whole "portioning" and "low(er) carb" life, but it'll still be toasted on the Blacksone, in butter, and I'll savor each carb I ingest.. [Reply]
Wife decided it was time to clean out shit, so I spent most of the day meal prepping shit. I did decide to do some steaks. I sous Vide'd them at 120 and then threw them on the charcoal.
Ran some Brussels Spouts and corn on the cob. The local grocery store has been getting black diamond watermelon. They're fucking EXPENSIVE, but worth it. They're fuggin good.
I still cant cut on the bias without fucking it all to hell so I still plate it like a heathen.
