There’s absolutely no debate whether 2017 Alex Smith is better than Cousins. The only reason you have your doubts is because you thought he was on a guy like Semen’s level going into the year. Absolutely no reason to think he won’t keep it up with our OL getting healthy.

Your team would be undefeated if you had Cousins. Smith kept Denver in the game single handed. He could have put the game away if he hit Hill when he beat Harris but because he can't throw consistently downfield he wiffed.
Plus you wouldn't need to run all those shovel passes and LOS throws. That is why they went out and drafted Mmahomes. Tired of the dink and dunk and missing over the top crap with alicks. [Reply]

The only thing alice does well is protect the football. Broncos killed themselves turning it over 6 times (including on downs). He can read a D and run the O and use his legs to pick up free yards but he isn't anything special and it will cost him in the playoffs. [Reply]
