Grilling out steaks...hamburgers...brats...got some veggies too...wife made potato salad and pasta salad and baked beans.

Lunch ready in about 30 minutes

That is the a carnitas marinated pork butt from Aldi. It’s like 2.49/lb and delicious. I just shred it and broil in the juices at the end.

Yeah man just just drizzle with oil, a garlic spice blend (wife usesTrader Joes agilo olio and some onion salt)

Chicken comes off to rest then set the romaine on the hot grates for a couple minutes, chop and toss in whatever Caesar salad dressing you prefer

Wife came up with this for Chiefs tailgating as a way to add some veg to our caveman tailgates while still utilizing the grill
