Not gourmet by any means, but super tasty and perfect for a spring day like this
Full day of cooking for me. Made some very legit mac and cheese for Easter dinner tomorrow. Made pasta salad. Made some homemade mayo. Threw on a brisket flat for sandwich meat this upcoming week and had brats for dinner with the pasta salad. Shit made my son some muffins too. Regular Betty Crocker type shit.
I picked up a family pack of 10 thin boneless pork chops reduced from $12 to $5 at Fry's earlier today. Sadly they were bland as hell. Fried them and usually they are very good. Juicy but flavorless. First time in a very long time.
Sides of Steamfresh corn, asparagus, carrots and fettuccine alfredo from Marie Callender. Also Magistrate cheap Sauvignon Blanc white wine. [Reply]

Great minds think alike
I grabbed a yuge catfish fritter basket with potato salad and sliced onion from the best pub in town after work... going with Sriracha as the condiment
A few drinks and then that gutload later tonight, I'll sleep like a log [Reply]
