If he didn’t leave the scene of the accident, I’d totally agree with that. However, I can see Godell suspending Rice for longer than we expect to send a message that won’t be tolerated and with his other conduct incident, I can see 2x personal conduct policy violations that justifies the longer suspension to the NFLPA.
After an appeal, I kinda have it as a 2 game suspension and a 4 game suspension that negotiates down to 4 games.
