I think Paul has no idea what he’s in for. He does not have the ability to reach into the darkness like Tyson does. He’ll get some shots in, but Mike is not losing to this dude.
That feels overly ambitious on several fronts but I hope you are right. All the aforementioned rules benefit Paul. Except maybe 2 minute rounds could possibly benefit the 58 year old. If Mike's winning it will need to be quick.

Will it be though? I find it more likely to be a fake WWE “fight”

Tyson has always been such a fascinating character. He's like a Dickens character. A complete and utterly terrifying scumbag maniac on one hand, and on the other hand, a funny, generous, wholly interesting and almost charming figure. Sort of a man-child in many ways. Clearly damaged, but also doing what he can do tame the beast, so to speak...
I barely know anything about Jake Paul, but from what I know, he can kick bricks, and I hope Tyson puts him to sleep.
But man... Tyson has always been a tad overrated, though that might be due to the time of his incarceration. If he had those four years back... He was on the verge of a title fight after the second Razor Ruddock fight. And this was also when Holyfield, Moorer, Foreman, Morrison, Lewis and Bowe began to dominate the division. Tyson only ended up fighting Holyfield and Lewis out of that group, and he lost all three fights.
Truth is, Tyson never really fought and beat the absolute best at their prime, ever. I know that's a tough pill for many to swallow, but it's pretty true. It's a shame we never got to see what Tyson could've done from 1991-1995. Very strange career.
But we all know about his enormous power, and all it takes is one of those to clip Paul's chin, and he's gonna be making love to the canvas, 14 ounce gloves or not.
It would honestly be pretty humiliating to lose to this clown, even if there is a 30 year age difference, and would put another dent into his legacy as the "baddest man on the planet", so I really hope Tyson doesn't embarrass himself and turn this into a turdfest.
Keeping my expectations very low and hoping for the best.

Nah I feel like Jake Paul wants to be taken seriously as a fighter. I think he'll take it pretty seriously. I don't think Tyson usually would but he will if Jake is actually trying
