Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
Watkins is our #4 option on one of the most explosive offenses the league has ever seen. Wilson is Miami’s #2 at worst. He’s obviously going to get better numbers probably. [Reply]

But, throwing a pass with a LB on your back into triple coverage across your body?
I think that throw was intended for Watkins (or whoever was far wide on the right) - and probably would have worked if Kelce didn't drag his two defenders into the target area as the ball got there. No way those routes were intended to converge like that in the same spot. I think Kelce was supposed to sit in the middle, and improvised once he saw Mahomes scramble.
The defender on the receiver had no play on the ball - which was thrown perfectly once the receiver started a break to his left. [Reply]

No, but Carrington Harrison did. He basically tried to make the case that keeping Wilson would have been better than getting Watkins when in reality Watkins is twice the player he is. Whether he’s making as many catches or not, he demands a certain level of attention that Wilson does not. [Reply]

No reason to excuse the play. He never should've thrown that ball.
Just thought it was a funny play in hindsight. [Reply]
