I have a fuckload of math to do. I went to CPE on the new tax bill RE: 20% deduction on S-Corp, LLC, SPs. Son of a bitch it is a fucking convoluted fucking mess. And you have to pull gain out of the convoluted mess to calculate the convoluted mess (they changed the rules on 1031 exchanges for equipment purchases so that number suddenly becomes massive).

The webinar made my head spin so I put it aside, but it is probably time to revisit it and see if I need to make any structural changes to my personal taxable income.

We really are fucking dorks talking about $7 of withholdings on your paycheck at 4:30AM and 3:30 AM respectively.

Yes. Haven't looked at the difference there. But for Fed, my taxes went up despite the tax cut and lowering my taxable income through increased 401K deduction.
