I don't see Page beating Jones, but the fact is, Page hits harder than anyone else at 205. If he connects 1 time it's over.
THe question is does he still even give a shit? [Reply]

Well I'm not going to ask him if his heart is still in it, but he doesn't look like the same fighter from his days in pride when fighting was his whole life. [Reply]

He seemed motivated for this last fight. One would assume he could get up for a Jones fight too, especially with all the (deserved) hype around Jones. [Reply]
Okay the Strikeforce show was pretty disappointing. Werdrum and Overeem was painful to watch and I'm not sure why Werdum didn't try to strike a little more since he didn't look THAT bad on his feet. I don't think the UFC would ever bring him back after that type of fight where he didn't want to engage. Barnett looked pretty good in his return, but I'm not sold Rogers has any business fighting a top fighter. I'm thinking Bigfoot-Barnett in the finals. [Reply]
Yeah that SF card was three hours of my life I won't get back. As far as Jones vs. Jackson; this is probably Jackson's last shot at the title barring some fluke finish(draw, nc etc.) so he best make the most of it. No excuses. [Reply]
Cormier looked good but Masvidal impressed me the most. He turned Noons into the Elephant Man. Those two were the only bright spots on the card, IMO. [Reply]
K-1 MAX is being streamed live right now this is fucking awesome!!!! It's on UStream and YouTube both. Dunno the UStream link but I'm about to find it because this commentator on the YouTube one is AWFULLLLLLLLL. Oh BTW Strikeforce was fucking awful tonight, worst card of the year and come December that'll still be the case. Just God awful.
On another note, i remember seeing a few posts about the Jones/Shogun match that basically said 'ah, Shogun just looked out of shape & slow', but after watching that fight i couldnt disagree more, what it looked like to me was a guy who simply wasnt sure how to attack this unorthodox striking machine that literally dwarfed him.
Jones not only towered over him, he looked twice as thick as well. Gonna be a long time before Bones loses. [Reply]
