DeArmond and co. aren't convinced it moved the needle to Texas. Missouri sources less confident but not feeling like it's a done deal in the slightest.
I think it's the typical "blue blood vs. non-blue blood" thing. [Reply]

Yeah this guy is dead to me…
To get more $$$ from Texas. The Mizzou staff and players thought he was 100% going to Mizzou. He was telling them over the weekend he was coming. The amount he got from Texas was evidently massive. [Reply]
Onward and upward. Drink will get weapons in here.
Would've rather had him than not, but those ****ing Wingo's are better at rat-****ing us than not. Never truly got my hopes up.
That's where I am. When my son told me he went to Texas, it barely registered. I oddly didn't care that much. He could be a great player and it won't worry me too much. We (currently) have a TON of WR depth and that will likely continue. Honestly, if missing on Wingo means some of our other talent DOESN'T transfer, that's a good thing as well.
Of course, though, I'd still like McClellan. But, I wouldn't be upset in the least if Drink and Co. moved on completely from the Wingo clan. [Reply]
Yeah, he was clearly being a weasel with everyone involved with this staff and team. We will be fine without him. I don't want some dude that lies through his teeth coming in here. Plus his family are rats. He is good though. [Reply]
