High of 59 here today in lovely KC North, you know that means it's chili time. The enormous bastard muffins from Costco baited me into it a couple days ago though tbh.
I had a giant roast beef and swiss with mayo, horseradish, some garden salad mix and white onion slices on a fresh Ciabatta loaf that had just come out of the oven at supermarket.

Was craving a post-win cheese steak but fuck Philly so busted out the heavy equipment and did it Chiefs style subbing the onion for red and yellow peppers and a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top
