Forgot the smoked sprouts. Nothing fancy Evo and kinder garlic salt and pecker spice. Smoked at 225 till nearly tender then bumped to 450 to get a good char.

The brisket was typically tender and juicy but just a faint hint of smoke ring. Seems typical with pellets. I don't know why. Also just a hint of smoke flavor. It's easy on the recteq, but I feel you get a smokier and purdy smoke ring over charcoal and wood chunks. Convieniace prevails though.

These were very tender. Like a good ribeye tender. Maybe a 7/10 on the ribeye flavor
