Just found this stuff. I love the texture and taste. Using on burritos or for chips/dip. Wish it was hotter as it's just a medium but I can add to it as needed to bump the spice level. I suggest trying it out.

Tonight is English style fish and chips, beer battered cod and steak fries with tartar sauce

Tomorrows breakfast is chorizo burritos with fried taters, peppers, onions, eggs and cheddar cheese... topped off with some Tapatio

Corn chowder with sausage so never the most visually appealing bowl but one of my favorite cool weather dishes.

Spicy Italian sausage, chicken, Hatch chile, sweet corn, with a touch of heavy cream.

Felt like I was coming down with something yesterday. That bowl, glass of wine and some night time cold meds took care of it.

I need to start stalking you so I can find out exactly where you live and pop in during dinner.

That looks stellar!
:-)

Lewdog has a standing order with his Neighborhood Watch group to block my entry into the community.

I'll need an resident escort to get in. :-)

So you know that some of residents are escorts? Excellent!

One of my favorite "leftover" meals, pork fried rice. I love the thick cut boneless pork chops that get cooked in a cast iron. So the day after I make pork fried rice, which for us is using a rice cooker for jasmine rice and couscous mixed. After the rice mixture is cooked, put it in a hot pan with oil and season with teriyaki, soy sauce and sesame oil. Sauté veggies in a separate pan and small cube the pork. Combine at the end for a quick heat and it's good.

Taking a stab at homemade pizza

Margherita and pepperoni + green olives

Feel my biggest challenge is going to be fire control

Using a wood pellet fed Ooni

Honestly never felt the need to mess with making my own pizza in Chicago but pizza out here in the desert is mostly trash geared towards families so they sacrifice quality and taste to feed these entitled little shits so I decided to give it a go on my own....and its already better with much more room for improvement on my end.

Green olives are sooo underrated on pizza, better than black ten times outta ten

Try NYPD Pizza in Chandler for one of the better New York style ones.

Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Pomo Pizzeria and Lamp Pizzeria in Scottsdale are all excellent but more wood fired and Neopolitan.

These are all good
