Just found this stuff. I love the texture and taste. Using on burritos or for chips/dip. Wish it was hotter as it's just a medium but I can add to it as needed to bump the spice level. I suggest trying it out.
One of my favorite "leftover" meals, pork fried rice. I love the thick cut boneless pork chops that get cooked in a cast iron. So the day after I make pork fried rice, which for us is using a rice cooker for jasmine rice and couscous mixed. After the rice mixture is cooked, put it in a hot pan with oil and season with teriyaki, soy sauce and sesame oil. Sauté veggies in a separate pan and small cube the pork. Combine at the end for a quick heat and it's good.
Feel my biggest challenge is going to be fire control
Using a wood pellet fed Ooni
Honestly never felt the need to mess with making my own pizza in Chicago but pizza out here in the desert is mostly trash geared towards families so they sacrifice quality and taste to feed these entitled little shits so I decided to give it a go on my own....and its already better with much more room for improvement on my end.
