Good call, yeah, just frozen egg noodles and a rotisserie chicken from the store.

Elevated with some garlic, loads of pepper, some herbs and a little heat.

Finishing stir fry beef in the pan.



First time using London broil for this. Marinated meat over night with soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simply cook this about 6 minutes a side under broil to an internal temperature of 125. Slice thin and lightly coat in sauce in the pan at the end.
