Start off 2-0 with consecutive home games then proceed to be very average for he rest of the season, and only because the defense is still top 5.
Semen is who we thought he was.
Exactly. Only it was worse this year, after 2 weeks, because they were thumping their collective chests in spite of what happened last year... :-)
Fact is, this year they even get more of a schedule break early on than they did last year. [Reply]

Yeah, they’ve had a very favorable schedule thus far and I think Seimian is average AF. So we can agree on that. [Reply]

Teams lose games on the road, that is why they are usually underdogs in betting lines.
Broncos get to help you guys out this week, they will be back on top of the division if the Redskins play half the game they did last night.
Redskins are healthy and playing well. Cousins should be able to pick apart that weak secondary. Rivers is a terrible QB, a vet like that shouldn't make 3 throws right to the D. Siemian is still only a 2nd year kid plus I thought he got his bell rung, those INT's were way off looked like he was seeing double after getting hit in the head on a scramble.
Congrats on 1st place. If you get through the next 5-6 weeks winning behind a QB throwing for 150 yards or less you guys are for real. Hunt looks unstoppable. Not sure how he dropped into the 4th, did he beat women or kill puppies or did teams just undervalue him because of the small school he played in? Eeking out a win on the road vs a 5 win team looked harder than it should have. [Reply]

Ask Elway why the Chiefs can find guys like Hunt in the 3rd round but the Broncos have to draft RBs until they're blue in the face and even then the best they can do is an old gimp cut from the Chiefs [Reply]

Beating a team that a lot of national guys had winning the division by 2 TD's on the road is eeking out a win? Yeah, put down the crack pipe dumbass :-) [Reply]

This is an odd stance to take since KC has drafted more RBs than DEN since Elway has been our GM (2011), and our current leading rusher is a UDFA. [Reply]

You're right. Stupid Chiefs. Who wants Kareem Hunt in the 3rd when you can get a guy like CJ as an UDFA. [Reply]

Wrong. Where the hell are you getting this?
Ronnie Hillman in the 3rd. Montee Ball in the 2nd. Devontae Booker in the 4th. DeAngelo Henderson in the 6th. That's 4.
Here's who the Chiefs have drafted at RB in that span:
As disappointing as Knile Davis was, he's STILL better than all of RBs that Elway has spent draft picks on.
Oh, and is CJ Anderson supposed to impress us because Elway found him as an UDFA? The Chiefs picked up Spencer Ware from the freakin waiver wire, dude. He wasn't even a priority UDFA for us.
Elway has some strengths as a GM, but scouting RB talent is NOT one of them. [Reply]

I said I wasn't getting all excited at 2-0 and I'm not going to freak out at 2-1, there are a number of games left. Saw the highlights and there were some bad throws, no doubt. They got away from the run, couldn't run - however you want to slice it.
Maybe Dennison was more of a factor that some cared to say... either way, it's on to week 4. And, back in Denver, amirite?
:-) Bring on that cheap pile high air and back to the winning ways.
