Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

He had a reputation for making poor decisions in clutch/pressure situations and like I said struggling when DC’s adjusted at halftime. He definitely has some arm talent, but I just think he’s too stupid to have anywhere close to the upside that Mahomes has.
If it were just off the field with him, he wouldn’t have been so close to going undrafted. [Reply]
Bill Polian: "The arm & release of Marino, the escapability and field vision of Rodgers and the inventiveness of Favre." So how did he miss THAT?
In 2017 he said trade for AJ McCarron instead of drafting a qb. He wasn't talking up Mahomes in the off season. But he is a great talent evaluator, and we should listen dammit! Just ask Chris Carter.
At this point, even the retards can see the kid is special. [Reply]

He beat Saban once
Chad Kelly was lucky his defense held Alabama to 37, and not 66 [Reply]
Every time some dipshit 'round these parts runs out of runway he invariably fires off a "okay, if you're so smart, why aren't you running a football team..."
Then you show them that time that Polian and another "anonymous NFL executive" said he'd take a mediocre backup over Pat Mahomes.
Do I think I'd be the best executive in football? No - no I do not. Do I think I'd be the worst? Oh lord no.
There are some retarded dinosaurs in that league man. [Reply]

It's all about who you know. That's basically it. Especially for a league so exclusive and all but immune to any anti-trust legislation. [Reply]

It's really funny at this point for Chiefs fans to be homers when describing Mahomes we have to pretty much say he's the best quarterback who ever lived.
And even then there will be non-Kansas City media that will be like...you may be right. [Reply]
I agree with Nick Wright's comment that the only criticism on him you can make is that he hasn't done it long enough and he hasn't had the opportunity to.
You knew Fitzpatrick was going to return to what he was, he's had the opportunity to show what he is. I get tired of this same criticism time and again. [Reply]
