The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

Of course not, that's ridiculous. What are there, 5 QBs in the HOF who never won a Super Bowl? Marino, Kelly, Fouts, Moon, Tarkenton. Maybe others from the leather helmet days.
Joshiepoo can't even make it TO a Super Bowl. If he retired tomorrow, he'd go down in history as a choke artist. [Reply]

Below is the "Hall of Fame Monitor" list. Allen is currently listed at 31. The lowest graded HOFers are Jim Kelly at 59 and Troy Aikman at 64. There are also a couple of guys who don't belong in the Hall, but are very high on the list (Ryan & Rivers):

Yeah, the modern day QB's have a huge advantage. Rules are slanted for the offense & QB in particular. Playcalling is way more pass-oriented than it was 30+ years ago. We are gonna end up with a big group of dudes similar to Ryan & Rivers, who pile up a bunch of empty stats but aren't truly Hall of Fame type of players. [Reply]

Always fun to look at that list and other positions.
I love how Mahomes is already even with Kurt Warner and honestly if Pat decided to hang up his cleats today he would get into the HoF simply based on the fact they let Kurt Warner in.
Allen has a long way to go on this list as it seems Super Bowls adds a good amount of points and without those Allen should just hope for a Rivers type of career. [Reply]
They'll put Lamar in(it's going to happen). While in Buffalo lichen forming on a boulder. The Mafia swears is Allen's likeness, has a better shot [Reply]

That may explain why he's a serial impregnator. [Reply]
