Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
It’s very difficult to stop offenses now, no matter what defense you play. This game reminds me of the AFCCG last year. You can only contain a great QB/offense for so long no matter what defense you have.
Defense did great for about 3 quarters, but Denver got tired and Mahomes shined. [Reply]
Denver threw the book of blitzes at Mahomes last night. Pocket broke down on multiple occasions and he rushed the ball multiple times. In the 2nd half, he looked more comfortable, improvised a little more and let the Chiefs to victory.
The young man will continue to grow and develop.
The young man's upside has no ceiling [Reply]

Come to KC, bud. The grass is much greener over here nowadays.
I haven't kept up with Shane Rays' career, but he's a local and loves KC. I could see him wanting to come here. Hell, with Mahomes I can see any free agent wanting to come here. We may be a small market, but the NFL is about to spend the next 2 decades sucking Mahomes' dick on national TV. [Reply]
It can be argued that the 4th quarter last night showed us more about Mahomes potential greatness than the previous 3 games. One crucial ingredient you always look for in a great QB is how they respond when they and/or their team a are not playing very well. Can they elevate their play when it matters most? Last night Mahomes answered that with a resounding yes. To overcome the crowd, pass rush, and flag fest in that 4th quarter was special to say the least. [Reply]
This season is so fun right now. It's hard for me to come down to earth when you think about his future. In year 2 and certainly 3, Mahomes is going to be calling the plays from the LOS himself. In year 3 Mahomes will be Manning in his prime. [Reply]

I look for many division rivals to want to come here in the future.
Wonder when Chris Harrs is a free agent.... :-) [Reply]
