Nzoner's Game Room>Space Exploration megathread
DaFace 09:40 AM 06-01-2014
Since a number of cool things are happening in space exploration these days, we'll widen the scope of this thread a smidge. Conversation about all things space exploration are welcome, whether it be from NASA, SpaceX, ULA, Blue Origin, or anyone else. Chances are most of the discussion will still be about SpaceX since they love to make things public and fun, but nothing's off limits. I'll eventually get around to modifying the OP to include resources for other companies too, but in the meantime, feel free to post any cool stuff you run across.

I bet it eventually has a head on collision with something, a meteor ,planet or gets sucked into a black hole. They should have put a bottle of Jack daniels in the drivers hand so they know how we rock here on Earth and can claim the first drunk driver accident in space.

That was my guess as well. I bet "Big Falcon Rocket" is only what they call it publicly.

A coworker tipped me off to a great YouTube channel about space exploration concepts and logistics based in current and not-too-far-away technologies that I've been devouring lately. This video is about Mars specifically, but he's got a ton of other great stuff too:

Pretty sure that's from an Atlas V launch a few years ago. (Still cool though!)
