So much for "reasonable".
And if Mahomes aggravates his injury on Saturday and is out for an extended time-frame, then the Chiefs aren’t beating Buffalo in KC or Buffalo. [Reply]

Buffalo has given up 40+ points 3 times this season...and 1000 yards+ of offense the past two weeks.
Allen being superhuman is the only reason you think this...they live and die on his shoulders. If he has an average day or meets a top defense, they could be in trouble.
Offense is easier to gauge..and it's how most people determine who is good. I wouldn't say this Bills team is better than when they had a top defense.
The Ravens smoked them...
It's getting cold...and offenses tend to drop off a bit. Also offenses are more effected by catching a game with shitty weather. [Reply]

And if he doesn't get hurt? Why are you act ng like it's a foregone conclusion?
Again, people are assuming the worst with Mahomes but assuming the best with Wentz. There's a rational conflict there. [Reply]

The Bills were playing exactly like this last season at exactly the same time while the Chiefs were much worse. Does everyone have the memory of a goldfish? Nobody gave the Chiefs a shot last year, but they ultimatley had one because Mahomes raised his game to a remarkable level come January.
Guess what he needs to be to be able to do that again in a month? Healthy and able to run.
Rest him on Saturday and reap the benefits. [Reply]

I don’t agree the Bills were playing like this. Specifically Allen .

They literally beat the Chiefs last December and went into the playoffs on a 5 game win streak. Josh Allen has been playing at an extremely high level now for about 5 years. [Reply]

Their offense was a juggernaut last year too, and the defense was better. Big difference is their turnovers are down. But recall the Chiefs lost at home to them last year, then went into Buffalo and controlled the game and were pulling away before the Hardman fumble.
Not worried about the ability to win in Buffalo but handing them the week off would hurt since we are banged up. [Reply]

Josh Allen is playing the best he’s ever played right now. This defense doesn’t have Sneed locking down the other side of the field anymore and it doesn’t have Gay’s athleticism erasing Josh Allen runs.
The Bills are a much better team at home and they’re healthy this year. They didn’t have Milano or Bernard or Benford last year and it was easy.
