Chiefs WR Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, who suffered a dislocation of his sternoclavicular shoulder joint Saturday night, was discharged from a Jacksonville-area hospital this morning and now has been cleared to return to Kansas City.

It’s this kind of thing that allowed us to be able to get a player with his ability for the price we paid. It’s also why I think there’s a chance we’re able to keep him on a relatively cheap deal for 3 years after this season.

That's all true. Injury prone players don't commend high salaries, and they enable other players playing time, when they're hurt. I still think the signing had more upside than risk, because he's still young, but him missing games its going to be an issue. [Reply]
