Wonder if him and Mayfield have fixed their chemistry issues. Strange that the Browns passing offense improved substantially when Beckham wasn't playing. [Reply]
"Since you’re Browns Fan, then you know exactly how bad the pass rush was last season. The stats don’t matter, because you watched them every week and know what you saw. Fair enough."
"Let’s check in on Falcons Fan for his thoughts on Takk McKinley:"
Yea that's fair. He hasn't exactly lit this league up. I think the hope is on passing situations they move Clowney inside, and keep Takk on the edge might free him up a bit. [Reply]

S Grant Delpit- coming off season long injury in 2020. Was second round pick in 2020. Probably won't see him until later in year, but expected to contribute quite a bit.
CB Greedy Williams- coming off season long injury in 2020.
LB- Anthony Walker- FA - will start
CB- Troy Hill- FA- slot corner
And as you mentioned added FA JJ III, Clowney, McKinley and Jackson and drafted Newsome and JOK.
You're putting an extremely large amount of hope on guys who may have had career altering injuries. Delpit had an Achilles and Williams had nerve damage in the shoulder, right? [Reply]
The Browns potential defensive improvement s largely pointless against the Chiefs. They aren’t going to suddenly jump to becoming a top 5 defense and that is basically required to have any chance of winning. [Reply]

Eh- I wouldn’t put it that way. If those guys don’t see a snap this year, defense would still be OK and much improved. I don’t think you realize the amount of suck we trotted out in our secondary last year. Just replacing Sendejo with John Johnson III will do wonders. I mean, there were times during the game last year we had Kevin Johnson trying to guard Tyreek Hill. [Reply]

You're still missing the vital component of a defense that's been proven to slow us down. Consistent pass rush with 4. Garret is fantastic but that's all you've got. [Reply]
Will say the schedule makers did you guys a solid by putting the lion's share of your tough divisional games in the back end of your schedule. First game is against the Steelers October 31st. Defense should be settled in barring any injuries at that point. [Reply]

You have no fucking clue about evaluating NFL talent. Holy shit.... [Reply]
Cleveland has a good team. They're solid up and down the roster. The problem is playing good football against the Chiefs this year will still get you ran out of the building.
The Chiefs have an iconic team. Only the Greatest Show on Turf compares to it. But not even the Greatest Show on Turf had a Travis Kelce who could end up being the greatest player to ever play his position. Same with Mahomes. Tyreek is one of a kind as well. Throw in a nasty OL and the Chiefs are in their own realm.
Very good defense as well. Could be a top 10 unit this year. [Reply]
