Sooo I just found out that Top Ramen has partnered with Tapatio to create a Tapatio Ramen and a neighborhood taco shop is providing birria (goat stew) as the liquid added to that ramen PLUS a birria taco as a sidecar to dip.

Yeah, I don't get why turkey and dressing aren't eaten year round. Both are fairly easy to make and there are a lot of things you can do with leftover turkey meat. A lot of times I'll buy a 3 lb turkey breast and use half of it for a soup or chili and eat the rest with dressing. It's good, it's fairly inexpensive, and is incredibly versatile. [Reply]
