Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

If he's smart, he'll wait until the end of this season after everyone buys #15 jerseys and then switch to #5 so everyone has to buy new ones next year. [Reply]
He must've wanted 15. No way he doesn't get 5 if he wants it. And now he's already made 15 his own, his brand, and he'll continue to do so on highlight reels all year so it's all good. [Reply]

I don't think Reid would allow any rookie to take a number from a vet. He didn't put Mahomes on a pedestal
Now that Mahomes has been tearing it up wearing #15, I'm pretty sure he won't change to #5. [Reply]
I'm sure you guys have already seen this 50 times since it was posted a few minutes ago, but this is Warren Sapp talking Mahomes and the Chiefs. Personally, I loved it.
Be advised, however, there are some naughty words (quite a few, actually).

Doesn’t the NFL have a rule about the player buying out the old jerseys before they make new ones? [Reply]

As evidenced by his opinion on Mahomes hype, Warren Sapp has enhanced his intellect to a remarkable level. Near genius, I'd say.

I don't go on the premise if it is praise it is good analysis and if it is negative that it is poor analysis. I stand by my statement. And no, I don't need to watch the bug eyed bastard to confirm my belief. [Reply]

I remember this clip of Sapp clowning around about another player’s low intellect and it was funny as hell. The way he said it. It was Akili Smith. He’s talking to one of his teammates at practice and was like, “Akili Smith scored a 9 on his Wonderlich!!! A NINE!!!” :-) I dunno, the way he said it was priceless. Wish I could find that. [Reply]
