Players like Eddellman and Welker before him have always made tommy* look better than he really is. It was no coincidence that once they lost Amendola and and then lost their only pass rusher was the turning point of the game. Blowing coverages didn't help either. The Pats secondary is trash this year.
I loved watching your guy Mitchell draw flags and get beat though.
Take out Von and Ware last year and let's see how many games Denver wins. [Reply]

Dude had a 50 yard punt return. John took him in the 5th round this year. Guess we have to add GOTsis and Mckenzie to the list of great players drafted who are under the age of 25, I know that is important here.
Who?
Elway sure drafts a lot of unknown players. [Reply]
Good god, there's a lot of dumbass going on in this thread:
1) Houston didn't affect the game till late? Did you even WATCH the game?!? You know, a complete LBer like Houston does more things than just rush the passer. He was constantly dropping into coverage and setting the edge on running plays his way. He played a fantastic game, even if he hadn't gotten the 2 late sacks.
2) yes, I'm sure everyone (non-Donko homer) that watched that game thought McKenzie was as impactful as Hill. Dumbass.
3) And clearly Denvers close late game survival against the mighty Chargers was a more impressive win than KC's roadie against the anointed one in the House that Tom Built. That goes without saying.
4) Can you teach a symposium on 'stupid' ?? (asking for a friend) [Reply]
