Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

This incomplete (out of bounds) throw was Mahomes' best of the day. Didn't realize how catchable it was. This is one of those "only Mahomes and Rodgers can do this" throws. pic.twitter.com/vBM3IXzlL9
I wonder if Hill is so damn fast that these ref people can't see what's happening before their eyes?
Hill got jobbed on a toe-tap TD last year that was so damn close the ref probably didn't want to trust his vision. Turned out it was good but they didn't have the camera angle to prove it.

IMO, AS11 didn't look to Conley much. Throws went to him in certain (mainly clutch, gotta-move-the-sticks) moments because the enemy was doubling down on stopping Kelce and Hill in those situations. Kelce and Hill were AS11's go-to guys and Conley was treated as a kind of safety valve who worked past the sticks (rather than the flat/dump-off dude).
With Mahomes, I think you're already seeing that he can play a bigger role. He's dependable and in sync with #15. Mahomes is also going to find the open guy regardless of his number ... AS11 had his favorites (think safer play). Conley already has 2 TDs and, if I'm not mistaken, that's the same number as Kelce.
Some people are also complaining about his fumble. Granted, that was a bad thing, but also a great hit on the ball by a very good defensive player in Heyward. Nobody mentions Sammy's fumble, though. That one could actually have been a lot worse given the field position ... a lot worse.

I've always liked Conley as a player and person. I think he was/is underutilized. I hope he keeps getting looks [Reply]

Hill is so good at every aspect of the game it's scary. Incredibly gifted athlete with elite instincts and work ethic to boot.
I had a feeling he was gonna be special in that big Denver comeback his rookie season - where he caught everything thrown at him, including the game tying TD while being throttled. [Reply]
This is Aaron Rodgers reincarnate with the best offensive coach in the NFL. That’s why Mahomes doesn’t have picks.
Good luck trying to get in position to or even catch a 62 MPH fastball.
Goddamn
Hell of a catch by Conley. Gotta give him big props for not giving up on the play and fighting to get some space and then great job holding onto that absolute rocket from Mahomes. [Reply]
Dammit I thought that looked good in real time. They never even showed a replay of it. Why didn't Hill argue more?
I was wondering if they were gonna review that during the game but they didn't and of course Fox didn't show the replay at all so I didn't even know if was worth a review. Since we didn't review I figured it wasn't worth it, but that there makes me think that maybe they should've taken a bit to look at it. But I'm pretty sure we scored on that drive anyway so.. moot point haha [Reply]
