Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

They’re solid players. Nothing special, but very good in their roles.
I don't think it matters. If Pat is as smart as advertised at the LOS, then he will find the open guy no matter what the name is on the back of the jersey.
Tyreek Hill is on another level due to his speed, but as long as a receiver doesn't drop the ball, anyone should thrive... and that's when you know you have an elite QB. [Reply]

Byron Pringle will be back next year to replace Conley. I’m excited about this WR corps. [Reply]

I hope so! So far this is the first time I've really see him utilize his speed and I've NEVER seen him utilize that 45 vertical but here's hoping. [Reply]
Beating the Steelers who have a HoFer at their place with such offensive firepower is the "chief" reason why the media is sucking Mahomes dry. AS11 never did it and we got no respect even with a great W-L record.
I keep pinching myself to believe this is not a dream. [Reply]

To me, Conley's key differentiator COULD be his smarts. If he and Patrick can get on the same page with regard to adjustments and findings holes in the defense, I think he could really be a go-to guy in key situations. [Reply]

And Conley won't be seeing double coverage and will likely be covered by the 3rd/4th CB. If he is any good he needs to win that matchup most of the time. [Reply]

I think that's more of it. Nothing special. But he plays the position well enough to get open when nobody pays attention to him and he'll catch everything that comes his way. I'll take it. [Reply]
Mahomes will break the record for throwing TD's to different receivers by throwing one to himself, ala Mariota in the playoff game. That would be so awesome. [Reply]
